SHIPPING CONDITIONS

All shipments will be notified to the customer via e-mail with the tracking number at the moment they leave our warehouse. At Papeldecor.es all orders are insured against all risks, which means that in case of any incident, it will be replaced at no additional cost.

At the time of delivery, it is very important that the customer checks the condition of the package, and if any damage is detected, contact us immediately as well as ask the carrier to reflect this on the delivery note.

The carrier is obliged to deliver your order to the address indicated by the customer. However, if the delivery attempt fails because the customer is not at the indicated address, the carrier may choose to make a second delivery attempt or deposit the package at an agreed pick-up point. In this case, the customer will be notified and will have to go to the address of the agreed point to collect their order within the next 7 calendar days.

Any incident due to errors with the delivery address, absence of the customer at the time of delivery, or the package not being collected at the pick-up point could result in the package being returned to our warehouses. In this case, the customer will have to bear the costs incurred.

DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS

  1. Delivery times: This information will be indicated in a personalized manner for each product depending on the brand and the country where it has to be shipped. The indicated delivery times are business days counted from the time an order is confirmed and we have received the payment. In the case of a stock break or any incident that delays this delivery time, the customer will be informed and will have the right to decide whether to accept the new delivery time or cancel their order.
  2. Shipping Costs: They will be automatically calculated by the system when the customer completes the shipping address. As a reference, you can consult them in the table detailed below.

Observations

Order Preparation + Shipping
Delivery times include "Preparation time + Transit time". All delivery times have a margin of days that will depend on the destination country.
Surcharges
For some brands or collections, an "extra charge" will be applied if your order only contains 1 roll.
Stock Breaks
The indicated delivery times are valid as long as there is no "out of stock in the factory. In this case, the customer will be informed and may decide whether to cancel their order or accept the new delivery time.
